Old footer credit
Your website says it was designed by DKaszubaConsulting?
Some small business websites still carry a footer credit that links to this address. Here is what that means for you.
The old firm has closed
The consultancy that built those sites no longer runs this domain. DK Consulting is a new, separate web design and digital marketing firm, and we have no relation to the old firm or its owner. We cannot access accounts, hosting or files the old firm set up.
What you can do
- Check your logins. Make sure you can sign in to your domain registrar and hosting yourself
- Check your renewal dates. An expired domain takes your site and email down with it
- Keep or remove the credit. It is your site, so the footer is your call
- Ask for help. We will review your site for free and tell you if anything is at risk
